Just when you thought....
Lula Lounge has always been sort of special. From "Open City" days when Jose Ortega and a whole artist's co-op opened their doors to the art of having fun to live latin bands in their studios to Lula's Samba On Dundas, Lula Lounge has been different.
And their second Christmas party made that special difference very very evident.
Another loft, Co-Owner Jose Nieve's loft, in the same spirit of Open City, was opened Monday night to music, people, food, a Lula original slide show, dancing and more food!
Patrons, suppliers, musicians, those who help or have helped Lula thrive in Toronto all came together for an evening of celebrating the lounge that isn't just a lounge.
Many thanks to Tracy who toiled non-stop, keeping that chaffing dish full of beans - literally! Those orange juice infused al dente beans were the hit of the night.
