A neighborhood came to life Sunday as the Dundas West BIA's 3rd Samba On Dundas filled the air with feathers, fun and that pulsating samba beat on Gladstone Avenue and the Toronto Community Housing Corporation Sheridan Parkette.
Live samba and dancers came from Escola de Samba, Samba Brasil Entertainment Dancers; Samba Squad; Afrolusophone.
Dundas West BIA and Lula submitted grants, solicited businesses, obtained permits and organized the day's fun! More is coming for 1010!
Big shoutout to Lula Lounge for letting the Samba girls keep dancing when the rains came!
